Venezuela blackout adds to already chaotic situation

A nationwide blackout has paralyzed much of Venezuela for more than four days, amid reports of patients dying at hospitals that have lost power. The government of President Nicolás Maduro and the opposition can’t even agree on what’s causing the lack of electricity. The BBC’s Will Grant in Caracas reports on what the blackout has meant for Venezuelans.
