US troops to expand footprint in the Philippines

The Philippines this week identified four new military sites where US troops will be allowed to rotate through as part of a defense agreement between the two countries. That brings the total number of sites to nine. Ashley Westerman reports from Manila that the move is widely seen as a deterrence to China, but not everyone is on board with it.
