US troops plan Somalia exit 

The Trump administration is planning to remove most if not all of its 700 soldiers in Somalia. The quick drawdown could be devastating for Somalia’s war-ravaged government. From Nairobi, Omar Mahmood of the International Crisis Group talks with The World’s Marco Werman about how the US troops have been training an elite Somali fighting force to keep the al-Qaeda linked group al-Shabab at bay.
