US President Joe Biden announced a plan today to release oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, in coordination with other countries, to help boost world supplies and bring down the cost of oil. Ellen Wald, author of “Saudi, Inc.,” tells host Marco Werman that the greatest impact of a release of oil from national reserves will be political.
