 The US State Department announced Tuesday it would commit several billions of dollars to a plan for economic development in Southern Mexico and Central America. Reporter Emily Green tells Host Marco Werman about what Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador calls a “Marshall Plan” for Central America.
