US opens to fully vaccinated foreign travelers

The pandemic has put a real strain on international travel and cross-border relationships. But 18 months in, the US is finally making a big shift. In early November, the United States will once again open up to foreign travelers, both by land and air, with a new requirement: People must be fully vaccinated with a US or WHO-authorized vaccine.
