US lifts Venezuela oil sanctions

The US Treasury department will allow the energy company Chevron to pump oil in Venezuela. This comes after lifting the US lifted oil sanctions on Venezuela, which is in an economic crisis. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with Phil Gunson, a consultant with the International Crisis Group, about what this means for global oil prices as well as what it could mean for Venezuela’s economy.
