Top officials in Afghanistan have expressed concerns about the draft US deal with Taliban. The government in Kabul is excluded and the deal does not even include a ceasefire. The Taliban is declaring victory over the US and is intensifying military and terror attacks. Nine former US ambassadors have published a memorandum expressing similar concerns. Host Marco Werman speaks with Ryan Crocker, who was part of the group who wrote the memo.
