US deal with Taliban raises fears in Kabul and among former US diplomats

Top officials in Afghanistan have expressed concerns about the draft US deal with Taliban. The government in Kabul is excluded and the deal does not even include a ceasefire. Host Marco Werman speaks with Ryan Crocker, who was part of the group who wrote the memo.
