The US and Russia are on opposite sides in Ukraine. But in Syria, their militaries have been taking selfies together. Russian and American soldiers on patrol in Syria were seen taking photos and snapping selfies with each other. The World’s host Marco Werman spoke with Natasha Hall, a senior fellow with the Center for International and Strategic Studies, about how and why the US and Russia have a functional relationship in Syria.
