US and Mexico work on joint plan to address Central American migration 

White House officials are taking initial steps toward looking at the reasons why tens of thousands have fled Central America in recent years. As The World’s Jorge Valencia reports, senior advisers to President Joe Biden met with top officials in Mexico City this week to discuss this issue.
