Britain is now entering the seventh week of its strictest lockdown yet to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, with all restaurants, pubs and nonessential shops closed to the public by law. The good news is the rates of infection are beginning to fall. But far away from towns and cities, lockdown is having some strange side effects.
