 The UN Security Council passed a watered-down resolution on Tuesday condemning the use of rape as a weapon of war after objections raised by the Trump Administration. The US wanted to remove all language that implied abortion. Host Marco Werman speaks with Amanda Klasing of Human Rights Watch.
