Ukrainian seafarers stuck in limbo in US ports

Some 75,000 Ukrainians are part of the global shipping workforce. And many were on board ships and cruise liners when the war started in Ukraine. Many stuck in US ports are in a legal limbo, not allowed to get off their ships for long enough to catch a flight back to Europe. Teresa Krug reports from Philadelphia that the shipping industry is asking the US Customs and Border Protection to revisit its decisions in these cases.
