UK sets new visa scheme for top university grads

The British government has put in place a new immigration scheme for university grads graduating from top 50 universities worldwide. Universities from the Global North are heavily favored, however. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Phil Baty, chief knowledge officer at Times Higher Education, about the flaws in these new immigration rules.
