As the first tropical storm of the season in the Philippines headed toward the main island of Luzon, tens of thousands of people went to the shelters. If a typhoon was not worrisome enough, crowded emergency shelters are raising concerns about them becoming hotbeds for coronavirus infections. The World’s Asia correspondent Patrick Winn updates host Marco Werman.
