Finland’s president is in Turkey to meet his counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who’s said his government will approve the Finnish bid to join NATO. Earlier this week Finland’s leader said the country would go ahead with NATO membership without Sweden if necessary. Turkey accuses the Swedish government of funding terrorist groups and harboring fugitives. Hungary is the only other NATO member that has not approved the two countries’ requests to join the alliance. The World’s Durrie Bouscaren in Istanbul speaks with host Carol Hills.
