Tunisia issues water ban amid crisis

Tunisian authorities have issued a water ban following a fourth year of severe drought. Citizens cannot use water for irrigation or watering green spaces. Washing cars has also been banned. It’s another example of a developing nation facing a water crisis. The World’s host Marco Werman spoke with Peter Gleick, co-founder of the Pacific Institute, about the role of climate change in the water crisis, water mismanagement and why he still has hope for the future.
