Puerto Ricans who have been receiving free housing stateside in the US under the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Transitional Shelter Assistance program got some good news on Tuesday: The program, which was set to expire as early as Wednesday, has been extended. Host Carol Hills speaks with Cristela Guerra, a Boston Globe reporter who has been following the story.
