President Donald Trump says the US Treasury would need to get a portion of the sale price of TikTok in order for it to get regulatory approval in the US. Days earlier, Trump said he would ban TikTok from operating in the US. Adam Segal, who directs the Digital and Cyberspace Policy Program at the Council on Foreign Relations, talks with The World’s Marco Werman about the threats to the video-sharing app.
