When President Trump took office, he reinstated and then expanded the Mexico City policy or what critics call the global gag rule, which prohibits groups that receive US funding from engaging in any abortion-related services or education. Democratic contender Joe Biden has said he would reverse the policy. The World’s Elana Gordon reports.
