In its waning days, the Trump administration is trying to ease the ongoing blockade on the tiny nation of Qatar. Saudi Arabia and its Gulf Cooperation Council allies blockaded Qatar due to political disagreements in 2017. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with William Lawrence, an American University lecturer and former senior diplomat at the State Department, to discuss what comes next for Qatar and its neighbors.
