She was found in a scrapyard in Wisconsin, and lovingly restored back to her original flying prowess. This C-47 led the main airborne invasion on D-Day, deploying over 13,000 paratroopers into occupied France. From station KCLU, Caroline Feraday takes a ride on this 80-year-old plane.
