Months before the Olympics began, Tokyo Olympics chief Yoshiro Mori was forced to resign after making sexist comments. Afterward, organizers brought former Olympian Naoko Imoto onto the team as an adviser on gender equality to the Tokyo Olympics. The World’s Bianca Hillier speaks with Imoto about her plan coming into the role, and what she’s observed during the Games.
