Time for Italy to face up to clerical abuse allegations

Survivors of clerical child sexual abuse in Italy are calling for an independent investigation to be carried out into how the crisis has been handled there. National inquiries have been held in several countries, including Ireland, France and the US, into the Catholic Church’s handling of abuse claims. But in Rome, the seat of the Catholic Church, such an inquiry has not yet been conducted. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry joins host Marco Werman.
