This Korean hot pepper paste is all the rage

One of the items appearing on the menu for tonight’s White House state dinner with South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol is gochujang. That’s a hot pepper paste used in lots of Korean cooking. But it’s also all the rage in US kitchens right now. Host Marco Werman speaks with Mina Park, co-owner of the Baroo and Shiku restaurants in Los Angeles.
