The US is helping train and equip Haitian police

The United States is helping to rebuild Haiti’s police forces. The Biden administration is working on training and providing equipment as the police struggle to take back control from local gangs. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Todd Robinson, assistant secretary of state for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, about his efforts to bolster and boost Haiti’s police and what he learned on his recent visit there.
