The Taliban-Pakistan relationship

As the US comes closer to its complete military exit from Afghanistan at the end of the month, the Taliban is quickly gaining ground, and taking control of large swaths of the country. Some people in Afghanistan are, in part, blaming Pakistan. The two countries share a border that’s more than 1,500 miles long. Host Marco Werman speaks with Asfandyar Mir, a senior expert at the United States Institute of Peace, studying South Asia security affairs.
