Iran’s universities have erupted in protest, leaving many professors in a dilemma. Some have come out in support of the students. A few have been beaten, arrested and threatened with losing their jobs. Many others, though, are keeping their heads down, or openly backing the government, as Iranian American scholar Pardis Mahdavi explains to The World’s host Marco Werman.
