Ukraine’s capital Kyiv was again targeted Tuesday morning by Russian missiles. While most missiles during this recent barrage have been downed, with every attack, Russia is testing Ukraine’s air defenses. The World’s host Carolyn Beeler speaks with Stacie Pettyjohn, director of the Defense Program at the Center for New American Security, about the civilian toll, Ukraine’s response and the capabilities of both Kyiv and Moscow to continue at this pace.
