A report out this week finds Americans have few options when it comes to recycled tissue products, including toilet paper. That’s having a devastating impact on Canada’s northern forests. Shelley Vinyard is with the Natural Resources Defense Council, a nonprofit advocacy group,  and co-author of a report, titled “The issue with tissue: How Americans are flushing forests down the toilet.” She speaks with The World’s Carol Hills.
