In France, some towns are fighting back against disease-carrying mosquitoes. They’re battling the bloodsuckers with bats, which have a voracious appetite for the insects. Building bat nests is a booming business. But are the efforts working? The World’s Gerry Hadden reports from Saint Tulle in the south of France.
