 The military government in Thailand has just approved medical marijuana. This is a big deal for a country that closely cooperated with the US-led global war on drugs. The World’s Patrick Winn in Bangkok spoke with a cannabis legalization activist, Chokwan “Kitty” Chopaka, about the new law that should kick in within the next few months.
