Thai courts suspend PM

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has led Thailand since 2014, the year he seized control of the country in a military coup. After taking power, he helped install a constitution that said prime ministers can’t serve longer than eight years. According to the law, his time is up. But that’s not how Chan-o-cha and his supporters see it. The World’s Patrick Winn is in Bangkok and explains to host Carol Hills how the prime minister may yet hold on to his seat of power.
