“Give me their names,” said Paul Makonda, the governor of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He’s asked Tanzanians to report anyone they suspect of being gay and announced a task force to hunt them down. Erin Kilbride of the human rights group Front Line Defenders has worked with LGBTQ rights activists in Tanzania and talks with host Marco Werman about the deteriorating situation for LGBTQ in Tanzania.
