Talks to quell the crisis between Kosovo and Serbia

The European Union is hosting meetings on Thursday between Kosovo and Serbia after tensions have been on the rise between the Balkan neighbors. Kosovo was formerly part of Serbia, but Serbia has never recognized Kosovo’s independence. That’s the underlying conflict, as Balkans political analyst Jasmin Mujanovic explains in an interview with host Marco Werman.
