The World

Huzayfa al-Khateeb was displaced from his hometown in Western Ghouta in 2016 and now lives in Idlib city. Huzayfa is a radio reporter for the Syrian Watan FM station. He also volunteers as a relief worker with the Mulham Volunteering Team to assist displaced civilians and people in need inside Idlib province. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks to Huzayfa about the situation on the ground as shelling and bombing between Russia, Turkey and Syria continues.
