Omar al-Bashir may be out of power in Sudan, but there does not appear to be any chance he will be handed over to International Criminal Court in the Hague anytime soon. He faces charges of crimes against humanity for suppressing rebellions in Darfur and in the former south of Sudan.  Host Marco Werman speaks with Rebecca Hamilton, a law professor at American University who previously served on the International Criminal Court and also covered Sudan as a journalist.
