Special prosecutor in 2014 case of 43 missing Mexican students resigns

A special prosecutor charged with investigating the abduction and disappearances of 43 students in southern Mexico in 2014 resigned on Tuesday. That announcement came a day after the families of the missing teachers’ college students marked the eighth anniversary of their disappearances.
