Spain looks to renewables amid energy price hikes

The cost of natural gas in much of Europe has shot up and consumers are feeling the pain. In Spain, for example, some people are rearranging their schedules to do household chores, like running laundry machines and dishwashers, in the late afternoons only, because that’s when electricity is cheapest.
