South Korea moves to prevent second wave of coronavirus

After much early success, South Korea is taking steps to prevent a second coronavirus outbreak. One thing it’s doing is making everyone arriving from abroad — including South Korean citizens — to self-quarantine for 14 days. And that’s not the only step authorities are taking, as Jason Strother reports from Seoul.
