Singapore faces pressure to halt execution

Nagaenthran Dharmalingam was 21 years old when he was arrested with a small amount of heroin in Singapore and charged with drug trafficking. The crime carries a mandatory death sentence. But one medical expert says Dharmalingam is intellectually impaired. Now, the government in Singapore is coming under increasing criticism to grant a reprieve in the case.
