In County Cork, Ireland, a historic graveyard at St. Matthew’s Church, in the parish of Templebreedy, was so overgrown that many headstones were no longer visible. Enter: a crew of sheep and goats, who are being tasked with eating away the growth and clearing the stones in a way that is both environmentally friendly and protects the stones from damage. Host Marco Werman speaks with Audrey Buckley, Cork County councilor and volunteer on the project.
