Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia is pushing for legislation to secure the 2020 election from foreign interference online. Earlier Thursday, President Donald Trump tweeted “I had nothing to do with Russia helping me to get elected,” a day after Special Counsel Robert Mueller appeared before Congress.
