Scouts’ World Jamboree disbands in shambles

South Korea’s government says all participants will depart early from the 25th World Scout Jamboree campsite in Samangeum. The global gathering of Scouts has been plagued by extreme heat, a COVID-19 outbreak and now Typhoon Khanun. The World’s Carolyn Beeler speaks with Vincent Blood in Bournemouth, England.
