Scammers have used phone calls to get their hooks into your finances for a long time. This is about someone who actually worked for a scammer and decided to do something about it. In 1998, Jacqueline Stone went to work at a call center in British Columbia, in Canada, and after 20 years, decided to blow the whistle. Stone tells her story to the CBC’s Jason Proctor.
