More than 13,000 Red Army soldiers participated in Russia’s postponed World War II Victory Day celebrations today. Russian President Vladimir Putin postponed V-Day celebrations scheduled for May 9 because of the coronavirus pandemic. The holiday took place ahead of a key constitutional vote that would allow Putin to stay in power for two more terms. Host Marco Werman speaks with Nina Jankowicz, author of her new book, “How To Lose The Disinformation War,” about what Putin is trying to show the world with these celebrations.
