Russian state TV goes nuclear

Russia’s top TV propagandists are increasingly broadcasting threats of nuclear strikes against the West. On a prime-time show this week, a leading TV anchor threatened Britain with a thermonuclear torpedo. Mikhail Fishman, the former host of a political talk show on a now-shuttered independent Russian outlet, TV Rain, talks with The World’s Marco Werman about what the threats might mean.
