Russian reform to make Putin president for life (almost)

President Vladimir Putin of Russia has announced a date for a ballot on a set of proposed constitutional reforms. It’s July 1, despite the ongoing pandemic. One of the reforms will allow Putin to remain president until 2036, when he will be 83. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with reporter Charles Maynes in Moscow.
