Russian constitutional vote

The World

Today was the last day for Russian citizens to vote on a large bundle of constitutional amendments that will alter the very foundation of the Russian political system. The sweeping amendments have a spectrum of purposes, chief among them, securing President Vladimir Putin’s position in power. Host Marco Werman speaks with Russian opposition politician and chairman of the Boris Nemtsov Foundation for Freedom, Vladimir Kara-Murza.
