Russian and Belarusian athletes allowed to compete as neutrals at Olympics

The International Olympic Committee announced today that Russian and Belarusian athletes will be allowed to participate as “neutral” in next summer’s Games. They will not be able to wear their country’s flags or emblems, and national anthems will not be played. Host Marco Werman has the details.
